We’re just days away from October 31st, Halloween, and that means there’s sure to be excited children in costumes going door-to-door trick-or-treating. We all have a role in keeping each other safe, whether we’re drivers on the road, parents with children in tow, or children themselves visiting the homes of friends and neighbors.
